I've used Joby for over 20 years and 6 Saabs. I understand where he's coming from. He can be a little blunt but he knows his stuff and looks after his customers. More than once he has suggested alternative repairs that have saved me big $$. I don't think you can do better from price and knowledge anywhere else.

Joby is a very good SAAB mechanic, but his bedside manner leaves alot to be disired. A person would feel very squeamish to go back to him. He will impress you with his SAAB knowledge but at the cost of your indignation. He should takes some diversity classes, because there are more great SAAB mechanics out there than he thinks.
