"After my furnace was serviced, I noticed a changed in the sound of the running of the furnace cycles. When I paid for the service by mail, I made a note of the change. This was followed up by a phone call to my home to further discuss the sound. The call was thoughtful, concerned, helpful and courteous. Rare in business in the 21st Century. This is an honest, caring and trustworthy company. I felt very comfortable working with them."
