I have worked with Dennis O'Donovan and the White Bear Mitsubishi sales and service since the past millennium. I keep coming back because they have always treated us with respect, have offered thoughtful information about their products (getting to know our needs in the process of offering options) and have been resourceful and finding solutions to service problems.At this point, I do whatever it takes to get the White Bear Mitsubishi involved in any auto purchase or repair! They're that good.
Easiest Vehicle Purchase I Ever Made

Being long overdue to purchase a new vehicle, I decided on brand new versus slightly used, and Steve Black made my purchase a truly enjoyable experience. A neighbor had only good things to say about her dealings with White Bear Mitsubishi, and my recent purchase backed up what she claimed. This will most likely be my last vehicle purchase and I have only good feelings about the experience -- totally the opposite of previous purchases. I will highly recommend this dealership and truly believe I made a wise purchase.

I have purchased used vehicles from this dealership twice when they were a Saturn dealership. This time around I wanted a new vehicle and was interested in three different makes. I went to the other two makes first and did not have very good experiences and I saved White Bear Mitsubishi for last. It was like coming home. Almost immediately Steve Black came over and introduced himself. We talked about what I was interested in and looked at a few different options. He never pressured me or pushed me outside my comfort zone. When I made my decision he made sure I was safe and comfortable driving my vehicle before I left the lot. I would highly recommend Steve and this dealership to anyone looking for a new (or used), reliable vehicle. I'm having so much fun driving my new Outlander Sport. I keep finding new and fun things it can do for me. Thank you to Steve for making this such an awesome experience!

We just purchased our third vehicle from White Bear Mitsubishi, and we fully intend to return when it's time to buy the next one. As usual, this was a fantastic buying experience. The store manager, Richard, worked diligently to resolve every challenge we put in front of him. Likewise, it was a pleasure to work with our salesperson, Brian, again. The environment here is always comfortable and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone who needs to get a car. White Bear Mitsubishi is not like other car dealerships; it's so much better!

I absolutely recommend White Bear Mitsubishi!In the past I've hated it when a saleman has riden with us. When Neal Hinz asked to ride with us he first suggested that as it was evening that he could guide us through a test route that would give us what we needed to know. I got in in the back seat and my wife drove as this will be her car. It was the best test drive we've ever had. Neal patiently explained the differencess in lights, heat, wipers etc from our Rendezvous before we left and as we drove the 4 mile loop he explained various issues and nuances to us. I could look between the seats and see everything as Neal explained it. Once back at the dealership, Dee and I switched spots and I drove doing many of the things Neal had covered earlier.Once we agreed on the trade-in etc we met Jamison who explained additional services, warranties and options. I know what I want and what I don't want and Jamison explained what I needed to know without pushing things I'd made clear that I didn't need. He was also able to beat my credit union's financing by over 1%. Once done, Neal joined us and spent all the time we needed syncing my iphone and ipad, showing how to do so with Dee's, presetting a couple am and satellite radio stations for us and generally helping us to feel comfortable with our car. No other salesman of either a new car or used, has spent near that amount of time with us before. I've already called Neal this morning and he returned my call in minutes. I think I'm going to enjoy this car and this dealership.
First time buyer of NEW vehicle

This was a great experience for me as I have never purchased a NEW vehicle EVER! The sales people were awesome! Everything was explained in detail and gave me quotes with money down and no money down. Also took 2 of my older cars which was hassle free for me, THANKS Stuart. I also experienced a 2 day drive to confirm I would like the way the car drove and handled. The other benefit was there was no stress with the paperwork as it was brought to me and hassle free! Everyone there is very friendly (Sig, Mary, Stuart, Richard and Kasha!)

I bought a used car from White Bear Mitsubishi. Bobby and Luke were great. However, a few days later I found out my car had an issue. So I took it in for service. They fixed my car for free even though the car was out of warranty! They treat their customers right.
Best Car Buying Experience

I liked that there prices were on posted on the vehicles and not negotiable. The prices were already marked as best price and I agree after researching the vehicle I was looking at purchasing. Neil asked me if I needed any assistance or had any questions. I told him that I was just looking and he gave me his business card, told me if I needed anything to let him know and he walked away, allowing me to relax while looking for my next vehicle instead of being followed by salesmen ( I went to 6 other dealerships that day and felt like I was being stalked at the other dealerships. If I wanted to know a price of a vehicle, I had to ask (too time consuming)). I got a great deal on my purchase and my trade in offer was more then what I expected. My next car purchasing experience in the future will start at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi Suzuki. The whole experience was painless and the staff was very customer orientated.
