****A FLAWLESS EXPERIENCE***
I could not have asked for better service. Extremely pleased in the outcome of my pool face-lift renovation. Very reliable and competent. Sardelli had my pool completed in 5-days. I could not be happier after the roller-coaster ride I was on with the prior so called pool expert. I recommend for all to check into Sardelli Custom Pools first before going anywhere else. Not satisfied at all with their service... and they started to change some equipments without my consent!! So I didn't understand, they came to sell their things, or to open the pool!? And how can they change them without asking my permission? And the job they did I was not satisfied for it..

This is actually NOT a review. Instead, this is a wake-up call to anyone who reads these and thinks they're automatically true. I actually HAVE shopped here a few times, but I'm not going to tell you how my experience was. Instead, I want YOU to shop there YOURSELF and DECIDE FOR YOURSELF how the experience was. As I have just proven here, it is FAR too easy for a competitor to post a blistering FAKE REVIEW and damage this retailer's reputation. Use the brains God gave you, people. Don't just take some faceless stranger's words as final "truth". Do your homework, find out for yourself. Then - please - do 2 things: 1) tell the manager of the store about your experience, good or bad, then 2) use actual word of mouth to spread your review, not this cockamamie anonymous free contraption that simply can't be trusted.

We've used Sardelli's for years at our condos. Honestly think it's time to cut them loose. Too many careless mishaps that they fail to hold themselves accountable for. Think they need a wake up call.

When u walk in the store it is awful and smells like urine and death.Customer service is awful. The two old men need to be put in a retirement home. The store needs to be cleaned and there prices are higher then anybody around. The oldman behind the counter smells like urine and I think the grimm reaper hangs out by the door.

Bad Customer service skills. 1 Person Even Blantly Hung up in my face after i asked him to hold on and when we called back he was even more rude to my mom. I wouldnt Send my worst enemy there or give them the number smh.

My pool was green and the young lady working at the store was able to help me find the right solution to get my pool sparkling! They offer free water testing and have a knowledgeable staff that can give you the right advice to get your pool ready for the season! My kids and their friends were so happy they had a clear pool to swim in over the weekend since the weather was so nice.
