I'm just going to get straight to it this place has bed bugs. The laundry service in the rooms is terrible . The bedding is not clean and the maids do not care enough to try to wash linen properly. The rooms have old outdated furniture and a old smell to them. The price of these rooms is ridiculous for the quality of your stay. Please only come here for a hour or two and never bother getting under the sheets or you will regret it.

I just called on May 13th, 2013 @ 12:52am add spoke to the desk clerk by the name of Anthony about his rates for 2 adults for the dates of June 27th through July 2nd and he was very pleasant and told me what I need to know. Then I asked him about having a service animal with me and he stated "NO PETS" Once again I asked him if I can have a service animal with me, and he asked is it an animal? I told him yes and again he stated "NO ANIMALS"! I then asked him, are you're telling me that being legally blind and having a see and eye dog that I can not stay there? Once again I was told that the policy states "NO ANIMALS" and that I could take it up with the manager after 8:00am. To me, this is a clear cut violation of ADA (American Disability Association) I'd really like to know if anyone else agrees with me? Kenneth P. I stayed in the space ship room loved it! Jacuzzi was clean room was very very clean. Will be back this week!! Catch me on fb. Holla!!!

Theme rooms are awesome, very professional staff and quite private...loved it!!!!
