Let begin with the unexpected guest on our dinner, flies in our miso soup. When we notified the waitress, her response was "oh yeah, I'll bring you a new soup" She did not even had the courtesy of removing the bowl from the table. about 20 minutes later, she brought a replacement, As if we had any stomach to eat it.

The ingredients are obviously very old, tempura vegetables are frozen vegetables. The green beans were not even thawed out when she served them.

Sapporo prices are ridiculously high for the low end and unsanitary products they serve.

I will NEVER eat here. By the way, the only time the waitress asked how we were doing was when she handed us the bill.
