AVOID SANTAN HONDA by bbake1 - 08/05/2009Bought a used car and only received one key after delivery. Asked the sales manager what SANTAN HONDA would do for us, and he took a very aggressive posture towards us and told us that SANTAN HONDA would do nothing, we took delivery and he pointed us to service. The new key and remote would be $248. Thanks so much SANTAN HONDA. Absolute jerks.
Sneaky Finance Department by biggsinbrasil - 04/21/2009I bought a 2005 Civic through them last fall. The terms were fine, the salesmen were ok (just somewhat pushy), and the car was decent. However, one to two weeks later, they called my wife and I to have us "re-sign" some paperwork that was done incorrectly. Months later, we finally realized that the papers we "re-signed" had upped our interest rate to 8.9! I have a score in the 700 range, and no one has rates that high. I don't trust them, I will never go back, and if I could I'd take the car straight back to them. Sneaky finance department...I would not recommend them, nor am I the first one to have a shady, deceitful experience with them.
