Called AAA today for what appeared to be a dead battery. "Tony" was there in about 20 minutes if that. He asked about the problem and then asked if he could get in the vehicle. He turned the ignition several times and it started up! He seemed like a knowledgeable mechanic and told me it was the starter- not the battery! It took him less than three minutes AND he cancelled my AAA roadside assistance call. Thank you AAA for this contractor and thank you Santa Fe Tow. Appreciate the quick response in 80+ degree weather and Tony was friendly, professional, and diagnosed my problem correctly!

If you call AAA for roadside assistance be sure to ask for any other company because the service from Santa Fe Tow is unreliable. I was stranded for an hour and a half waiting for not one but two tow trucks The steering wheel was locked and the key to the ignition wouldn't start. The driver from Santa Fe Tow did not help me at all. The driver from a different company was able to start the car with no problem.

do not let them tow your car. they where rude left my car in the middle of the street and just drove away, never called me back, they suck

I'm sorry that this "Brooklyn C" had a horrible experience, but we had an OUTSTANDING experience, just like this "Bernadette S" did. Ron with Santa Fe Tow was extremely professional, prompt, engaging and kind. We hate to be in situations where you need a tow, but to say that this was a pleasant experience is exactly accurate - Ron made a terrible situation of our car breaking down into a great experience because of they way he handled the situation and the way he carried himself. Hopefully we'll never be in a situation like this again, but if we are, we're without a doubt asking for Santa Fe Tow (Armando Towing) again. Thank you Ron!

I am a young woman and they took advantage of me. They are careless and didn't take care of my property! They wouldn't let me talk to management. Spineless pigs! DO NOT USE! EVER!!

A tow company is the very last place I want to have to call, however, Armando @ santa fe Tow is extremely professional, personable, and has taken care of my vehicle and situations without hesitation. He's NICE! Tow companies in general are NOT NICES! Great Service! Thank you so much for everything!
