Welcome to Sansone's Bistro, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado!Owner and Chef, Robert Sansone has transformed this quaint little restaurant into a cozy hideaway where you will enjoy all the flavors of Europe and a few surprise twists on timeless favorites.
We are open Monday through Saturday for the dinner crowd. We offer daily specials and a children's menu, as well. First timer - Good experience by Chris - 08/30/2007I purchased a restaurant.com certificate for Sansone's and finally made it to the restaurant after almost a year. The atmosphere was comfortable, food was good, and service was just fine. The chef/owner came out to introduce himself when the meal was done which was classy in my opinion. There seemed to be a lot of regulars in the restaurant which gives me a good feeling about the place.
