I have dealt with this firm for years & have never been treated in any way other than due respect from the owner & employees. They have been extremely helpful in finding a part for me if they did not have one in their yard.I would highly recommend this yard for parts or salvage.

I called and the man that answered greeted me in one of the most disrespectful manners. The establishment takes not time to work with the potential customer and instead would rather shuffle the individual off the phone.Would not ever use this salvage yard unless it profited me greatly.

i went in looking for a part and was told they had it on a running car! bunch of smart ones.do not think they need the money. they must be money laundering or selling drugs.dont waste your time going in.

Fred was very rude to me and hung up on me. I recommend not dealing with these people because they will more than likely rip you off. I was trying to sell a car my daughter had an accident in and as soon as he found out I would like to get some money out of it he hung up on me. I live in Oregon and my daughter is going to U of A. I hope he is not a true representative of Tucson. The other wrecking yards I talked to were polite to me and if they did not want the car, tried to recommend another yard to help me.
