Through the years, we have maintained an excellent working relationship with contractors. We visit the job site once a week minimum, with additional visits during critical construction periods. Since we are on the site often, we maintain close contact with the various contractors, thus eliminating costly delays, problems, and change orders. On the last two new schools we designed, we actually returned money to the district below the original bid amount due to working closely with the contractor.

Our firm size allows us to handle many projects simultaneously while serving the client in a personable manner. Primary personnel handle each phase of a project. As the Architect and client work closely together, all aspects of a project are addressed. We pride ourselves in designing facilities that fulfill the client’s needs, fall within budgetary restraints, are aesthetically pleasing, yet functional in design.
