These procedures are performed in your home. We carry most of the medications you need with us.

Special equipment is required for these types of services, so they must be performed at the clinic. Drop your pet off, or a pick up service is available for an additional fee.

comforting assurance by julie - 07/17/2009doc whitty and his assistant have hearts as big as gold, plus their knowledge puts my mind at ease. the home visits really help my timid pixi and i was able to hold my randall on my lap at home when it came time to put him down. i didn't have anywhere to bury him, so doc whitty took care of everything. i am so glad i found doc whitty and he will always be my vet. i trust him very much. he has also helped me in a financial bind, and financed a couple visits. and let me remind you about his kind and devoted assistant who has been alot of help over the years.
Love love love my vet! by BillieJ - 01/16/2009My dogs are big. Very big. And they are wusses too. Going into a clinic is like pulling teeth. Dr. Whitty comes out to the house and does all their exams and vaccines in the comfort of our home! It is a god send not to have to load up my boys and scare them half to death! On a sad note, when it was time to let my little girl go last winter, it was a relief having it done at home. Little girl didn't have to pass on under artificial lights and on a metal table. We all just gathered around her dog bed in our living room and eased her into the afterlife. Thanks to all the great people at SLVS for everything you have done for me and my babies over the years!
