Excellent cust service by Bill - 08/29/2009Called in with a potential "virus problem", they suggested I bring in my tower. After explaining to them I was in between jobs, and money was a big issue for me, the guy on the phone told me to download, the free software they would use to remove any viruses. After following his instructions all of the virus problems I had were gone. They took money out of their pocket to help me in this tough economic crunch were in. That kind of customer service went way beyond my expectations. They are the only ones I will ever use for my computer repair issues, I am a customer for life!!!
I found my new computer repair shop! :D by PC Set-Up Noob - 05/31/2009They were friendly, best price in town and the fastest turn around time. Their "competitor" told me it was going to cost me $70 and take 7 days. He had it back to me within the hour and they didn't break my bank!...it was something simple I had overlooked when I transferred my hardware to a new case. I highly recommend them and I'm definitely going to take my computer problems to them from now on.
