Sal and Teresa Torres residents of the White Mountains for over 40 years have finally opened a restaurant of their own. Really a dream come true for them. Sal and Teresa have been working in the White Mountains for over 40 years. Starting at El Ranch.........o Pinetop in 1968 and working there for almost 40 years Sal and Teresa left when the new owners took over. Sal and Teresa decided it wasn't a match for them and left to start a restaurant. They named the new restaurant Sal and Teresa's Mexican Restaurant. After many long hours and a lot of hard work Sal and Teresa's dream has come true. Sal and Teresa's is a must stop while visiting the White Mountains. The green chili is to die for. The cheese crisps are amazing and the price is right. (Ask the locals, this is the place to go) Take it to-go or dine-in. Located behind the KFC in Show Low it's easy to find. Sal and Teresa are so proud of the food they serve, they make it all with love, they are the nicest people you will ever meet!
