This is the place for you if you enjoy waiting 1.5hrs for faux pho. Did not use real pho noodles but used rice vermicelli. Service was extremely slow and portions weren't the largest. Read Full Review on Yelp.com.

One of the very limited and few Vietnamese cuisine in the Santa Barbara area and I'm satisfied :)
