They did not have the truck I rented. The website confirmed that I could rent a 26 foot truck at this location. However, this location does not even own anything bigger than a 16 foot truck.



The quote and actual invoice had a difference of $200. This is due to their hidden fees such as, "GDW", "Special Tax", "Waste Supplies" and an enormus sales tax of 11.25%. I returned the truck clean and full and the manager, Scott cannot provide me a reasonable justification.



They do not want your business and it shows. Horrible experience, I will never use Ryder again.
