Our Criminal Law Division brings decades of experience in major felony, misdemeanor and serious traffic offenses. Former IRS and ADOR attorneys head up our Tax Division and represent taxpayers in disputed State and Federal assessments and civil and criminal prosecutions, provide tax and estate planning advice and multi-employer and employee benefit plan advice. The firm’s Real Estate Division provides services to the real estate and commercial finance industries and our Appeals Division can capably present any of the foregoing cases to the appropriate appellate court for review. Our Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Receivership group provides representation in business and high profile debt restructurings and bankruptcy matters in addition to protection of creditors’ rights.
