OUR FAMILY DEALERSHIP by Gendel family - 09/21/2009I am not sure where the last people went but it was not Russ Chevrolet.I have bought several Tahoes and a couple of cars from them over the last 10 years and have recommended them to all of my family and friends. In fact we just bought a used 2007 Tahoe there a few months ago and loved the salesmen and the manager that we got to work with. They have always treated us with the upmost respect and we give the same back to them in return. Russ is a great dealership to buy from,they are not a high pressure place, they let you think about the car you are buying and help you to make the best choice for you and your situation unlike most auto places that are out there. The point i'm trying to make is that they are GREAT and we will always buy from Russ Chevrolet.The Gendel family
Worst experience on a car lot! Ever! by britbooth - 09/12/2009Today my husband and I went to Russ first, looking for an SUV. We had never drove a Tahoe or Yukon and we wanted more info on them. The salesman came over to us and was not very inviting. We walked around a few cars - all of which he would not open - then he asked us "are you going to buy anything today?" We told him we weren't planning on buying anything today, but needed to test drive a few vehicles before committing. He then proceeded to tell us that he could not help us and he started to walk away. We were speechless and have never been treated that way before. We asked him again, and he said he needed to focus on other customers that were a better lead. I'm writing this after coming home with a brand new 09 Yukon that we bought at Auto Town in Milwaukee. They treated us with respect and in-turn we gave them our business and now have a great vehicle. I would stay away from Russ, as they "select" who they want to work with.
