What a joke! by Root Canal - 06/30/2009My experience was a negative one also with the receptionist and Dr. Rude as well. I had a bridge put in and had it temporarily placed for what ever reason and I was having problems with it coming off exposing the teeth he had to chop up in order to fit the bridge. My job kept me on the road so all the problems including the pain was unbearable. I had to pay to see another dentist who insisted I needed a root canal cause Dr. Rude exposed the nerve while chopping up my teeth to fit the bridge. I waited til I got back and just had medication prescribed to me to bear all the pain I was in. When I got back to Dr. Rude's office he insisted he permanently fixed the bridge and I told him he didn't! after looking at his notes he had realized he was WRONG! And apologized, I said it was alright, I just wanted to get it fixed. Then I told him that the other dentist I saw told me I needed a root canal and he said he was wrong. Well a short time after that he admitted that I needed a root canal. UN
What a cold, unhappy receptionist. Why would I ever give you another referral? by ralph - 07/09/2008I sent my financee there because her dentist retired. Not only was the receptionist snooty and very unwelcoming to my finacee, but she was down right rude! I have spent 1000's of dollars with this dentist and they treat your referrals like another number walking through the door. After my fiancee, spoke with the Dr RUDE - RUDD, he basically told her this might not be the place for her? All she said was she wanted to give him some feedback about how she was treated by the receptionist at the front desk! It must have been his WIFE!! I have warned you don't go to this doctor or you will be the next number he sees.
