Rude desk manager

My sister and I stopped at Ruby's Monday night, May 13, 2013, after a very long day of driving. We had stayed at Ruby's before and thought it was a nice, inexpensive place to stay. We didn't have reservations but there were very few cars in the lot, so we were sure that wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the nametag of the person at the desk, but I have to say that I can't remember when I've been treated so disrespectfully. She oozed attitude from the moment I walked in. She was sitting at the desk with her chin in her hand and answered my questions with monosyllables. She said there were no handicapped rooms or suites but failed to mention there was an elevator. Anything I asked was obviously an inconvenience to her as whatever was on her computer screen was more interesting than a paying customer. We have stayed at Ruby's before, but we won't be returning anytime soon.
