Did not pickup my trash on scheduled day. Normally they are very proficient and no problems. Maybe they will improve. I don't like inefficient service.

I talked to one of their reps this morning because my garbage had not been taken out the Monday before. Instead of addressing the issue I had which was having a full garbage can for a week. The lady just said that she had never received a call about the garbage never being taken. Which is a lie I was right next to my wife when she called about that. And she also said she had no idea who I was. Even though in the message I left her I said my name address and contact number so I guess they can't even take the time to listen to there messages. Then after I told her my name and everything again she said not to contact them anymore. I don't understand why they couldn't grab the garbage on Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday they just simply do not care for the customers that still have to pay the bill even when they just simply do not feel like doing the job they were hired to do when ever they decide they don't feel like doing it. The worst company ever!!! Go waste management!!!

I'm a big fan of the staff at Rubatino Refuse Removal!!! When we had our first baby my husband forgot to set out the cans, a call to RRR and they quickly scheduled a revisit the next day - no charge! Their office staff is quick and efficient, and always happy to answer all my questions - from recycling items to billings. My little ones love to sit outside and watch the "zippy zippy trucks" come by and pull garbage to run to the large truck! Their friendly guys wave at the boys every time. We're lucky to have them serving our Everett residence!

Absolutely awful service! If you are able to drop off your own trash at the dump, I would strongly recommend it! Rubatino acts as if they know it all and they can't be wrong and makes that very clear to you right off the bat.



On top of the bad customer service, they regularly ignore our recycling (leaving full bins on the curb whilst picking up everyone elses) and on occasion also forgetting to grab our trash, then charging an overweight fee the following week because its two weeks worth of trash!

The worst customer service ever!!!!!! The two employees I spoke over the phone made me feel less than a human. No other provider to go to, so no option but to suck it up. very sad.

Out of all companies and businesses I have ever dealt with, this company is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. I didnt realize it was okay for an employee of a business that thrives on customer satisfaction to treat a customer like an ignorant piece of crap. I have tried multiple times to reach the person in charge of this company with no luck. It seems to me that whoever runs this company is actually run by his employees. I contacted Larry, whom I assume is the owner or lead supervisor about my dreadful experience, but I have still not heard back from him. Please take heed in this review and if possible, seek service from a more respectful company.
