Royce is a trustworthy and reliable landlord. He is quick to solve any problems and will make sure repairs are done when necessary. Royce is loyal to his tenants and will often surprise them with new appliances, furniture, and decorations. He is an approachable guy, so I know if there are ever any issues I can call or text him directly. He does right by the people who live in his houses, and we appreciate all that he does.

Royce came into my apartment without legal notice. He took his time making repairs and took more than half of the security deposit for things that were already cleaned thoroughly. If there is any way he can deduct money from the security deposit you rightly deserve, he will do it.
