I do not recommend this business for jewelry. They do not disclose verbally their No Return Policy and they are way over priced for similar pieces that competitors have. They do use clever & deceiving sales techniques. Example: a sales person may say hello as if you are a regular customer. When you tell him he must be mistaken you for someone else, he will tell you that you look very familiar. You say you are browsing. He says sure have a look around. You barely start to look and he immediately says he knows you are just browsing but wants to show you something brand new from another country that is beautiful and he just wants to share how different or how elegant it is just so you can enjoy seeing the jewelry artistry that is done in another part of the world, as he already is pulling it down from the back wall and setting it on the counter. He reminds you that he knows you are just browsing. you stop and then our of your politeness he engages in more talk about the exquisite work.
