Royal Excursion did not deliver

Being that I am a manager for an upscale hotel, I know customer service quite well. Our bus broke down, which can happen; however, it should not take the company over 4 hours to get a replacement bus to our location. We had 50 people stranded for 4 hours with no answers. No one ever explained what happened or why there was a lack of urgency to get us all home in a timely fashion. Not to mention everytime we questioned how much longer it would be, the same response was issued "25 minutes". Good money is paid to NOT concern yourself during a "leisure" trip and unfortunately Royal Excursion did not deliver. I will not be recommending Royal Excursion to my customers nor to anyone for that matter. Customer service is of paramount importance especially when you are in the travel industry. I do hope this review will serve it's purpose and save you from a bad experience. Find another company!
