I took my mother there. Her gums were bleeding. They took xrays. She is on Medicaid=she doesn't have money. They came out and told me that all of her teeth had to come out and they refered me to a very nice dentist that would only charge me $6000.00 to do the work. What pst of medicaid do you not under stand. It seems to me that they get kick backs for referals. The place was dirty. Old uncomfortable furnature. That tv was ging out. I would take my worst enemy there.

to begin their systems are always down, the phones are never working, you have to call the I-10 location to schedule appointment at the Gulf Fwy location and then they schedule you for the wrong date when the ortho people are not even in. for the past two months i've been told that someone would call me with my appt time..and it never happens i try to call and no one ever answers i'll be so happy when my ortho treatment is done and i will never go back there again....ever!
