I hate shopping for a car. I have not bought a new car in 40 years and I have always bought used in the past. I love my new Soul. I have to say I have never seen a more professional and organized car dealer in my life. This place is amazing. I knew what I wanted, I knew my budget and I knew what I could afford in payments. I layed it on the line and they spoke to me about what they could do. We shopped for 3 weeks working to get the numbers in line. Ken Lewis and Quintan worked effectlessly and put this deal together. He called and kept me apprised of what was happening. The best part is I did not have to sit at the dealership for hours and wait for them to make this happen. They called me to get what information they needed and they had me come in when it was necessary. I had worked with other Kia dealers in town and the credit union advised me not to buy from the other Kia dealer in town because they had me upside down before I would have left the other dealer. Royal was on the up and up and did not try to take advantage of me. I am so happy with Royal and would highly recommend them to you if you are in the market for a car. They are fair, honest and they are truly professional. Thank you Royal for the great car and the best deal I cannot say enough good things about this company. I LOVE MY SOUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been at this location in several years but I am glad to see Royal Speedway still doing a great job and services any GM car not just Buicks. Convenient location with Saturday hours.

I dropped my car off at 10 a.m. for an OIL CHANGE and returned after my first job at 1:30 p.m., only to be told that my car had not even been looked at yet! I had to be at my other job by 3:00 way on the other side of town, so my friend took me to work and returned for my car where she then had to wait a whole other hour just for them to finish with my car! So my car was there for about 6 to 7 hours for an oil change after they told me that a.m. that only 2 people were ahead of me!
