Quick, I was in and out, First time using them. Paid about twice what I could have gotten the part for on the internet, but for the convenience it was worth it.

Great Job!

Had a refrigerator that was going out and I was loosing food. I called them and they got me on the shedule. The soonest they had available was (3 days). They told me they would call if a technician had a cancellation and could come sooner. The next morning I got a call and John was able to come out that day. He showed up on time and spent quite a while defrosting the unit. After he replaced a part it started working and now it is working like new again. Thanks John and the rest of the Roy's staff for helping me out of a difficult situation.

A week and $50 min fee for a 10 min job

I needed a new pull string put on my push-mower... they said it would be a week, and they had a minimum $50 shop fee... for a 10 minute job... I will never take anything there... ever.

Taking my mower back for 3rd time!!!

I have take my mower in twice and have to return it again because after mowing my small lawn once it won't stay running (again). I'm a single working mom and having to load and haul my mower across town 3 times is ridiculous! At this point tho I have paid them so I need the dang thing fixed.

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience. It 's our intention to provide the best service possible. This is why we have refunded your money and still repaired the machine. Sometimes there are issues out of our control such as gas & environmental related issues, we have found that unless stabilitzer is used gas can re contaminate the unit. This is also why we offer loaners, for the times when your unit is down. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Lawnmower Repair

I took my lawnmower to Roys to be repaired. I said it was quitting after getting 100 ft. They repairmain said it sounded like a coil which is what my dad also thought. They called me a few days later and told me it was ready for pickup and there would be no charge. I went to pick up the mower and asked why there was no charge and they told me it was because there was nothing wrong with it, that they had run an entire tank of gas through it and it ran fine. I brought it home and it went 60 feet and died again. When I called to explain that it overheats FROM CUTTING GRASS, not from just the motor running the person on the other line just tried to argue with me. I will never go back to this shop or recommend it to my friends. I really think the girl on the phone was rude and I really think it is unprofessional to not take people seriously when they tell them what the problem is that they are bringing to them for repair.
