Bought a dress here. Beautiful but too big. One of the employees refused to let my sister try on a small and called her a size 10 when she firs into sizes 4-6. Was told it could be altered for90$ (60 for the bust and 30 for length) brought dress home and the bust was completely untouched and un altered. Dress cost 500 and it is wasted money! Do not come here!!!

We were looking for a Sweet 16 dress for my daughter, and we found Roxy, upon entry my daughter found a dress she really liked. She was able to try it on, the color was perfect and the size was too small. They said they can order the dress. When we received the dress, the color was off completely and we were forced to purchase the dress, because we had put a deposit down. Without a deposit, we were not able to order the dress. Not to mention that the staff was rude and very rushy. I would never refer this place to anyone! The service is terrible!

As the owner of Roxy's Bridal, I want to apologize for your bad experience. Our staff including myself pride ourselves in providing our customers with great customer service but more importantly we love to offer you with options like payment plans, colors, sizes, and add-ons to ultimately achieve great customer service and a great experience. Our policy is clear and posted- There are no refunds or exchanges therefore, we do not force or rush our customers to order or complete a purchase if they are not satisfied with the product. On a different note, we do require a deposit on orders because they are a specific size and color. Again, I am sorry you did not have a good experience at Roxy's Bridal, and we wish your daughter the best on her Sweet 16.
