Provided by Superpageshorrible customer service had two fillings put in and both fell out with in a month. went to another dentist and was told that my previous dentist did not remove all the decay from my old cavatity. and the front desk lady was very rude on the phone when i called to say my filling had fallen out. will never go back to this horrible dentist office ever again. and would not recommend to anyone to go here. and only gave a one star because i had to.
