Omg this place is just a mess! Lots of stuff but it's everywhere! Associates walk around but don't pick up anything.

I'm usually down to do a little hunting at Ross and still find some decent stuff, but the times I've gone to this location, the pickings have been pretty slim and feels really picked over.

This Ross is unorganized, not clean, clothes are mixed, sizes are mixed up, clothes all over the floor, but customer service is good.

good

I don't like the smell of Ross but you sure can find bargains here. If you shop well you will find nice clothes for a very cheap price you will not find in boutiques. Clothes are cheap nowadays and Forever21 seems to have very affordable clothes but Ross prices are cheaper. They also have trendy items but also have alot of junks. If you are a shopper I wouldn't recommend shopping at only Ross because if you shop at only Ross you will soon smell like it. Your closet will also look like Ross and after 1 or 2 years it will look like Goodwill.

Messy Store with Limited Selections

I've probably hit every Ross store within a 20 mile radius of my San Gabriel Valley home at one time or another. Ross is the type of store you have to have patience to shop in - you won't always (if ever) immediately find what you want or need, but if you have time to hunt, you might leave with a bag full of bargains, making the inconvenience worth your while. However, this Ross location is one that I usually stay far, far away from. A recent weekday evening visit was met with a mess - I was looking for a pair of shoes I'd seen at another Ross store, and when I arrived here and walked back to the shoe department, nearly NONE of the shoes were on the shelves! I don't know if it's grammatically correct to say "nearly none," but that's how bad it was. Shoes were strewn about the aisles four and five pairs deep, completely preventing me from walking through to the other side. I was so frustrated I did an about face and immediately walked out of the store, vowing never to return again. However, on a more recent visit to the bookstore next-door, late on a Saturday evening, a friend and I decided to run in to Ross on a whim. And though the clothing selections were limited and in disarray (not grouped by size, etc), you could tell that some effort had gone into tidying up the store - including the shoes. Also, the lighting was brighter and the atmosphere seemed more welcoming somehow. This is still not my favorite Ross location, but seeing as it is close to my work, I may be more inclined to stop by on the way home if they keep the place up a bit better.
