I was asked to sign an assignment of payment for as soon as I spoke with Roslund's. I did so and then was asked to pay the entire amount when I picked my car up. I did so and State Farm issued a check to me AND them and then they refused to mail a check back to me instead of sending a check via USPS that had been endorsed by all partners!! You can't fix some people!! THE WOMAN AT THE DESK WAS SO RUDE!! No matter how well they did with my car... The last impression was what stuck! Also, I called and asked if they had a key drop and wound up having to drive BACK to Tallahassee to take key the next day because their drop wasn't large enough for a key fob!! I would NEVER recommend Roslund's to ANYONE because of the rude secretary!!

This is my first yelp review and I really don't like talking badly about businesses so it has taken a lot for me to get to this point. I brought my car to Roslund's when I was in a huge accident that wasn't my fault. I wasn't even in the car. I brought my car there because Volkswagen suggested them. Roslund's had my car for a month while doing repairs. I have a hard top convertible. No one ever checked the roof of my car to see if it was operational. When I went to pick it up, I realized the roof was completely broken off. At that time, I also reported to them about 5 other issues including my passenger side mirror which was damaged and needed to be replaced. I guess they thought it was suitable as it was. Because the roof was broken, they then sent my car to VW to get it fixed and 2 months later, I had it back. It still didn't work but that is VW's issue. The day I went to pick up my car, I showed the mechanic at Roslund's as well as the lady at the front desk where there was paint on the hood, part of the bumper sticking out, glue or something on the door and window, and various other issues. The mechanic basically laughed and said it was too cold to fix the issues now and that he would fix them once the weather was warmer and the roof of my car was fixed. Once the roof was fixed, I brought my car back to Roslund's every Tuesday and Thursday for 2.5 weeks so that each time they could tell me to come back so that the mechanic could look at it because he couldn't that day for one reason or another. I finally got so fed up with them that I told my insurance adjustor that I wanted to take my car somewhere else to have the remainder of the work done. In total, we paid Roslund's about $12,000. Included in that payment made to them was the amount necessary to replace my passenger side window, which they claimed to have replaced but never did. It looks exactly like it did when I first took it to them, chipped, with paint on it. Last week, I took my car to Universal Collision on Tennessee street where the man was very nice to me, almost the opposite of my experience at Roslund's. He told me that he used to work at Roslund's and it was apparent why he didn't work there anymore. He was too concerned about customers to fit in at a place like that. I will never go back to Roslund's and I will discourage anyone and everyone I know from seeking repairs at their shop.

I trusted this auto body shop to repair my vehicle. They took my car in late February. One month later I had to pick up my car without a bumper installed. Roslund's made it very clear that they do not order bumpers and that I would have to order it myself. I did in good faith with an email from the shop saying that the bumper I chose should work. Unfortunately, it did not. My complaint is that Roslunds had this bumper from March 13 to March 24 and not one of their many employees bothered to call me. I called myself when I returned from visiting with family (which I had left them with multiple contact numbers to find that it wasn't fixed. This leaves my insurance company paying for a rental and myself out of a car even longer. I want to be perfectly clear that they did not mischarge me and did great work on what they did do, it was the lack of communication and poor customer service attitude that disappointed me.

Very Unprofessional!! Never returned any of my calls and never called with any updates about my vehicle! Told me my car would be ready a certain day and when the day came they pushed it back!! THis place is a headache! Please stay away!
