Be careful when using Rose city paving!! by Matt - 04/24/2009I had an issue with the owner when it came to doing the job per code as required by law for the right of way portion of my driveway. John the owner would quote one price over the phone and then when the bid arrived it would reflect much higher price. When I called to inquire as to why the bid increased by some much. I was told that he no longer wanted my buisness because I was to hard to make happy? John then went on to state that he has been in buisness for over 17 years and that I should have no hard feelings. I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews on the Oregon contractors board website. In my opinion Rose City Paving needs to improve on their customer service aspect of their buisness.
