Owner is terrible to work with by zythra - 01/06/2009
The plumber (Jeremy) who came to our house was extremely nice, but the owner is awful to work with. He is extremely rude. We had a problem that they came to fix, which we ended up having additional problems with due to an innocent oversight by the plumber (innocent yes, but still caused by them). I understand that things go wrong and wasn't upset at all that they needed to come back, but the owner absolutely refused to come back or send anyone back the same day. He claimed he didn't have the equipment to fix the problem right then. How can he not have the equipment if he is the owner? Jeremy returned the next day and had the new problem fixed in a matter of minutes. If Jeremy hadn't been as nice as he was I would have given 1 star. I'll never used them again.
