Paid for a sofa that was not delivered and was paid for a week ago. They cannot seem to locate it and will not send the driver back and say their “system is locked”. FOUR people were home during the delivery window.

This is the first and the last time to deal with rooms to go, they are un professional, they delivered our tv table over three deliveries and it hasnt been properly installed uptill not for over a month because they always keep forgetting to deliver the correct assembelies, now they are taking the tb table back after we lost three month and now we have to start the whole cucle again with another store
I am so disappointed that such a huge store has this level of customer service
I totally do not recommend them
I have had the worst experience with rooms to go and I will make sure every one I meet knows this feedback

It was my plan to go to a discount furniture store near the Tanger outlets but my sister convinced me to go to the Rooms To Go at this location. She mentioned that she,her son and his girl friend had a great experience with one of the Sales persons by the name of Amber. She mentioned the had already bought a $3,000.00 bed and needed to go back and get more items. I drove back with her and we met up with Amber. My experience was a GREAT one as well. Amber was very professional, considerate and courteous. She was a true professional. I ended up purchasing several items and plan to return to get more. I asked to meet with the manager ( Ron Jones ) so we could acknowledge the wonderful experience with Ms. Hardey and was impressed with his conversation. Like two peas in a pod. They both were very people oriented. We told Mr. Jones that we wanted to nominated Ms. Hardey for employee of the year. We decided that we must contact the company and also
suggest that she should be considered for gift certificate as a reward for a job well done. In addition, make a recommendation to the company to use Ms. Hardey and Mr. Jones in an instructional video to show others to receive 5 star ratings. We have already recommended to family and friends to visit the store.

I purchased a sofa and a mattress on September 5th. It was to be delivered September 13th. The delivery was rescheduled due to the hurricane. I understand that. It was to be delivered September 19th. They called on September 17th and told me they were out of stock on the sofa I purchased. How did that happen? They had it for delivery on the 13th? But not one week later? What happened to my sofa? My guess is that in the meantime they sold it to someone else. Also they would not deliver my mattress separately. Even though I had paid for delivery. Very poor service.

We bought a child's bedroom set and living room set from Rooms to Go about 6/7 years ago; the experience and furniture was ok (not the greatest). Recently we decided to renew our bedroom set (grand total $3700.00). I don't know if they have new management since 6/7 yrs ago, but they have gotten much worse with time. It's been over 2 months and we still do not have our complete bedroom set to enjoy! First on 4/25/14, the salesman sold us the set and once papers were signed he tells us that the headboard was not available for delivery and it would take over a month to get it. So our delivery date was 6/14/14 which is when the disaster continued. First, the mattress was not the mattress we laid on/chose to purchase. One of the nightstands delivered was damaged with a big chip it. The delivery men did not have the wooden brackets/bolts to install the dresser mirror. The Manager (Vincent) talked our heads off for 30 minutes about how the mattress we have is a better mattress (mind you both cost the same); he told us to try out the mattress for 30 days and if we still didn't like it he would exchange it. They came back on 6/27/14 with the wrong nightstand and no bolts for the mirror! CS only offered $50 for the inconvenience and said we could not get a refund!! They are coming back on 7/3/14 with the rest of our stuff! I will never purchase from them again... Besides Ashley's gets the same furniture from the same supplier as Rooms to Go and they sale it for cheaper!!

You can't get anyone on the phone EVER. I called four days in a row waiting on hold and hanging up after ten minutes. Not spending $3,000 on anything from a place too busy to take my calls.
