Horrible customer service and warranty work by A Schutsky - 05/26/2009Our leather sectional has sagged in less than one year. We have been trying to get them fixed for 5 months, this has been the most frustrating issue I have ever come across. I have spoke with others and they have said the same about the Roomstore. No one in the customer service dept really goes out of their way. We have documented every call made.
