Worst service available by
Ron said he would be here between 11:30AM and 5:00PM. No call no show. Finally after several attempts I reached him. He said he was on the way. Once here he started working on my Dishwasher. Allowing water to spray all over the kitchen and not cleaning it up. He lost one of the parts and we had a 20 minute search to find it. Then he said the problem was with a hose that is a plumbing issue. And charged me $100.00 for the housecall. I drove to San Diego and back and it cost me less than $100.00. I then went to Lowes the next day for the part necessary to fix the plumbing. I found the part in the Dishwasher section and it was called a Dishwasher Repair Hose. Not a plumbing repair hose but Dishwasher. So not only did he not repair the problem but lied about what type of problem it was. He gave me the feeling that I was an interruption to his day and showed up in a pair of sweatpants and shirt. Very Very Unprofessional. I have since called another service to repair the problem and they know what they are doing unlike Ron's Southwest Appliance!!! Stay away, go through the phone book further, or whatever is necessary to keep this guy away from you appliance!!!

This man is scary, has serious anger issues. if you complain at all on how the service is going , HE YELLS AT YOU !! i had a VERY simple repair on my stove, he said would take a few days to get part and 5 min to put in and it has been 10 weeks and it is STILL not fixed ! Each time I called, he was VERY RUDE, he should not be in business

Ron's appliances was sent to my home to do a warranty repair on a ice maker for a new LG refrigerator. When Ron 1st arrived, he was nice and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. We needed a new ice maker. Our new LG dryer was also making noise and he took a quick look. He said that needed new wheels inside. He was going to order all the needed parts and call when everything came in. A few days later, his assistant called saying everything was in and to make an appointment to repair the dryer and ice maker. On the day of service, she called saying that they only now checked and only 1 of the needed 4 wheels were in the box. Since all 4 were needed she asked if they could cancel the service and come when the rest of the wheels were in. She told me that if they had to come twice, LG would only pay them for 1 call. I told them it would be fine. I was told that the parts would be in on Monday...it was now Thursday. Monday, no call...Tuesday, no call, Wednesday, still no call. FINALLY on Thursday, after calling and leaving a message I was called and told that Monday all will be fixed. Monday morning came and another call from the assistant. I'm now told that Ron is sick and won't be there. "Let's reschedule for Tuesday" I had no choice but to agree. Tuesday morning comes and you guessed it, another call. Ron is still sick but he'll try to get there between 3 and 5 anyway. I tell the assistant that if this time the work isn't done as promised, I will be calling LG with a complaint. I felt I was waiting long enough and put off enough times by this point. At 5, no one came so I call again. This time Ron himself calls me and now tells me that his assistant didn't like being told that LG would be notified if he didn't come and he would not be fixing my appliances after all. That was right after he told me that he knew I was a liar and he knew what kind of person I was. I'm still trying to figure out where that one came from. You just have to imagine how LG took the news of their authorized representative's behavior. I did file a formal complaint with them and hope they never send this person to repair their products again.If you EVER need any repair work done, you'd be better living without than having someone like Ron and his assistant. In all my years I have never been treated as poorly, as lied to as often or ever dealt with anyone so customer unfriendly as Ron.
Honest and professional by
I phoned several repairmen with a problem I was having with my washing machine. Ron was the only one who offered to talked me through the proccess of fixing the problem I was experiencing, waited while I tried several of his suggestions. It turned out he decided to come over anyway. There was nothing wrong, that I was simply using too much detergent, causing the problem. We highly recommend Ron to anyone. He is one of the few and rare honest and reputable people who is extremely competent and is not out to rip you off!!

Ron was referred to me by a riend to fix my washer and dryer. He did the job, but parked his truck that was gushing oil in my driveway when there was a spot in the street right in front where he could've parked.He took a towel and smeared the oil all over the driveway and left without a word. I called him and he came back and sprayed some stuff on it that would clean it up, yeah right... Long story short, he ran to the bank to cash my check before I had a chance to transfer funds and he called me about 20 times without leaving a msg. My husband answered and Ron said he was coming over to assault me, a woman with children in the house. I was uneasy about Ron the first time we met and now I know why. HE'S CREEPY, UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT VERY SMART! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Customer Service! by
We've used Ron for our appliances for years. He doesn't try to rip you off by automatically telling you he needs to make a service call. If he can help us fix it ourselves by talking us through it over the phone, he does it. I recommend Ron to anyone and everyone. It's nice to know there is someone around in Las Vegas with good customer service these days.
