November 2014, I purchased a new Harley Davidson 2014 Limited motorcycle from Doug at the Rommel Harley-Davidson in Smyrna Delaware. Matter of fact this is my second new bike purchase from Doug and my third from this location. Doug isn’t the typical sales person who makes the sale then washes his hands of you. Over the years Doug has always greeted me with a smile and hand shake. He is very informative and if he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he finds out and always prompt with following up with you. No sale pressure, it’s not a one and done deal.

During and after the sale I had questions about Parts and Accessories. Doug introduced me to Erick who advised me of different ideas on how I could customize the bike to MY wants and needs. Erick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me options. No sale pressure and “he “did not” hand me a book, and say look in here and let me know”. I was looking to spend approx $$$$$ in extras, after it was all said and done. I spent over $$$$$$ in extras beyond the price of the bike. Because Eric took the time to work with me on the parts and service, I spent my money with Rommel Harley-Davidson in Smyrna Delaware.

Over the past four weeks Doug and Erick has kept me informed of the progress with my bike and has been very patient with me as I added more accessories and making changes thorough out this process. As I stated before it’s not “I have your money now go away”.



One last note, the sales team, parts, service (Duece &Dave), finance and the management team has always been very friendly even when I’m just looking. (Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name)
