Excellent Food and Great Service!!!! by Jaso - 10/22/2009
I have been to Romio's here in Boise several times, The staff is always friendly, the food is piping hot and of fantastic quality. I have personally eaten at probably more of the local restaurants than not and Romio's is absolutely one of my favorites.

Well the food was good, but to have 3 people for lunch with 1 ordering off the childrens menu, and getting a bill for over $40, is truly insane to me. We had one $5 appetizer, 1 personal pizza and 1 entree w/lunch salad. Paying over $2.50 ($2.85 I think) for an iced tea is beyond ridiculous. Then I asked my waitress for 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese on my personal pizza and she said they can't do 1/2's on personal pizzas. I said, "Can't or won't?" Again she said they can't. They CAN'T put a couple pepperonis on 1/2 a pizza...WHAT?? NO real business with an ounce of customer service says CAN'T to a customers request unless it is truly beyond their ability. Well we won't be back.

That is my rant!!
