In the particular case of the dishwasher I would also like to thank you for sending a great installer. He was courteous, clean, careful of the surroundings and interesting. We had Mike Romano, one of the techs, check out our television. It was time to replace it and he answered some question regarding HD, brands etc. The next day we shopped a big box store then went to Romano's. Rick Romano showed us several set that would work in our situation. We wanted in time for the football game, Rick and Mike made that happen! They delivered, set it up, and hauled away the old set in time for the game!

I purchased a new dishwasher from Romano's about 10 years ago to replace the builders model. Now, it was time to replace the old washer, dryer, and refridge. Commuting between the east coast and Scottsdale leaves me little time to hassle with big box stores. True to form, Romano's was close in price to all competitors and delivered as promised. But most important was the reliability of dealing with a smaller, family owned business that cares about its customers. I changed the type of washer I wanted twice prior to delivery, doing it all on the phone with no problem. Rick was as pleasant as could be and very understanding. No hint of frustration. Delivery was right on time as promised. Romano's tech did a super job installing the washer and dryer in a very tight area. Everything fits much better then ever in the tiny laundry closet. Attention to detail was second to none. The installer was super nice and professional. Rick Romano is a local merchant who is ethical.

Horrifying non-existant customer service. Buy from here at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, you are on your own. When we attempted to return a defective product after 7 attempts at repair, the owner called the police rather than listen to any of our ideas on how to resolve the problem. The police sided with us by the way and were a delight to deal with -even offered to come over to wash the dishes for us! Hahaha! The police suggested that we report them to the BBB.

Wonderful and attentive customer service. We recented purchased a refrigerator, washer, dryer and Tv. It was a refreshing experience!

We shopped at the home improvement stores and Romano's beat their price plus delivered the same day! They also service what they sell. No 800 numbers to call!
