Beware Rogers Water Conditioning

Stay away from Rogers Water Conditioning. Called to have a leak on the water softener repaired and after the fourth visit the leak was fixed but the working timer did not work after. After a no call no show, the tech finally came back again to fix the timer and because he got tank resin into my plumbing. The resin clogged all the faucets, shower heads and the washer. He did fix that and said the timer had a loose wire. However the timer was still not working when I got home from work, it had the same time from when he left. Called again and another no call no show. Called again and the owner called me back and tried to force a $200 timer on me without looking at the problem and started yelling at me when I asked that we verify the issue. He then refused to send anyone back out and accused me of trying to get free service. Really how about doing the job right the first time, I had already paid for labor, an o-ring I did not need and a tank the tech said was new and the owner said was used???

I have been with this company since 1990. I have never had a single problem or complaint. They are fast and professional.

Not only were these guys on time, but they have by far the best warranty available for this type of equipment. I was looking around Lowes and those cheap water softeners seem like a good deal, but trust me. They're not. On top of that they have either a 1 yr warranty or none at all. The ones from this company comes with a 10 year warranty! I was pretty shocked by this, and almost didn't believe them, but I got it in writing. Going on 3 years now and not a single problem with their system. Great job!

These guys are fast and very professional. I was with Culligan until one of their shotty units flooded my kitchen. I called up Rogers to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised with how much they were able to work with me in my financial time of need. They are great and it took them almost no time at all to install my new system. I've been using it for some time now with no problems at all. They even called me to let me know that my annual filter change was due which is nice because I would have never remembered to do that myself. All in all these guys are great and I would recommend them over any of these big corporations that don't actually care about its customers.

We have been using this company for years and have their systems installed and serviced in three properties. Over the past year, I am sad to say that the level of service and professionalism has completely deteriorated. One of my RO filters was installed incorrectly, which caused carbon chunks to infect my drinking water. The filthy mess of a repair person showed up and proceeded to not only try to charge us for a service call that was due to their error in the first place, he was unprofessional to the point of being abusive. Furthermore, he caused additional problems to the system. When I complained to the owner of this sad organization, we were abused even further and told to take our business elsewhere. He went on to say that he had never had a complaint about this representative. FALSE! I've talked to 3 of my neighbors who informed me that they, too, have stopped using this company because of the same service provider. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay far away from this company!

The container for the salt had a leak and I needed a new one. Rodgers brought out a new one that looked like a trash can from Wal-Mart. I did not want it and called Rodgers the same day to come and get it. When I called Rodgers they said they were to busy to pick it up that day but would come by next week to pick it up. They called today and said they would not pick it up or refund the $150 I paid for it. The check was cashed and I am out a $150 for a trash can from Wal-Mart! When is someone going to catch up to this company. Rip-Offs! Sorry I did not read this first, if I did I would never have called them! I would NEVER use them again!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a reverse osmosis system for our brother as his birthday gift. When he called to have it installed, the guy on the phone told him he can't install it because it was a piece of S#$t water system and hardly would call it a reverse osmosis system and he also said we only gave it to him because it was a piece of trash and we didn't want it. It was a Whirlpool Reverse Osmosis, which we have ourselves and it works great! When we called to confront him 2 minutes later, he said he didn't recall that conversation..

This company came out and installed a new water softener. Well that was what I was told when I bought it. I was having a problem with my plumbing a few month after install, so I called out yes plumbing. Then I was told the bad news. My house was full of resin!! I was then told by Yes plumbing I needed a new water softener this one is really old. I looked at the plumber and said it is new, I got it 3 months ago. He laughed and said you are joking right! I replied with no and here is the receipt. He said this unit is over 10yrs old then he should me where to find it on the serial numbers. The unit had a couple different dates on the timer and tank like 1998 and 2000. He also pointed out the tank had been repainted. I could not believe it! Yes plumbing told me to contact the BBB, Contractors Board and Rogers Business License. But when I did all that I found this company is not contracted, he has one business licenses the rest are revoked. He is not part of the BBB. I bought from Rogers because he said he had all the requirements and sounded good to me. After yes plumbing left I called Rogers Water and told them what yes had said. There response was then silence. I told them I was reporting them to channel 13 and the contractors board. I asked who I speaking with I was the owner Gene!. When I asked for my money back he hung up!! Never do anything with company!!
Reverse Osmosis Install

The install was done in a very professional way. The installer also made sure that my ice maker & water from my Fridge was working properly. I was very pleased with the service. This is my second time using this company and I will continue to do so.
