Protect Your Wallet From Them

Before going there,check reviews on google review, yelp etc. and you will see how terrible they are. I didn't do it and regretted so much.Here is my experience.5 minutes doctor visit for ordinary coughing symptoms charged me $300+. They also have the worst administrative staff ever. If there is a billing problem from the clinic, you will have the most difficult time to find their office manager to talk with. Regarding their misrepresentation made by their staff that caused my loss, the office manager said to me "go file a complaint". Of course, she would say so, because she knows that their headquarter office will throw my complaint in trash can and I will receive the collection notice anyway. This place is a best sample of the worst part of medical care service industry in the States. They know that people have to go to see their doctors when people are sick, therefore, they are not worried about their low quality service and poor attitude.

was told to turn in phyicians aid by medicare

i was told to turn in urgent care / physicians aid to medicare for not doing anything but put a disabled person in more pain due to not caring to even check about previous condition / then send a bill for doing nothing when they lied i woud not be billed since they flat out did not do anything or let me see a real doctor. as i say i was told to turn the place in by medicare for draining medicare and sending a bill for doing nothing!

Stupid people

These people suck! They are a waste of time and money. These people have the worst communication between patients and themselves. First problem was that they required me to see one of their physicians in order to get the Mirena IUD even though I had already seen a physician from another one of their facilities. Next problem was that I received a voice mail from the doctor I was going to see the day before my appointment asking me what my appointment was about. Even worse, during the appointment session the the doctor was unimpressive, lacked confidence, and was asking the doctor next door questions. When I set up the appointment to have the Mirena IUD procedure the doctor calls 2 hours before my appointment (even though she had 2 weeks to tell me beforehand) that I couldn't have it or I would be in pain. Called corporate and talked to regional manager Gretchin. I not once received an apology and the only words that she said was "OK."

A follow up to no follow ups

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to edit a review, so I'll repost with 5 stars for balance. I contacted Dr. Moore of Rocky Mountain Urgent Care, and he explained that it isn't their policy to not follow up with patients they've already seen. It seems there must have been a misunderstanding. I trust that RMUC will get this issue resolved, and I appreciate them taking the time to respond to my concerns.

HIDDEN CHARGES!

I've used Rocky Mountain Urgent Care for years. I went in last year and requested a strep test. They billed me $349 for the strep test!! The actual rapid strep test was $27. The facility fee was $160. I agreed to pay both of those fees >> BUT >> in addition to that they also charged me $162.00 for NEW Patient Detailed Visit fee. This is unreasonable, unwarranted, and abusive billing.I made several attempts to contact them by phone and wrote them a letter but no response, until 7 months later when I was contacted by collections.
