Provided by YP.comDid you know that if the power company wants to cut your power, if it's off for 5 minutes or less, they don't have to give you any warning that they're turning it off? I didn't.
Long and short is 2.5 months later and two unwarned power cuts later, my wife's computer is dead and my damage claim has officially been denied by Rocky Mountain Power. Between this and the inconsistent way that they monitor usage (without changing our usage habits and during the same time of year our power bill has ranged from $45-85 without any explanation as to how that is possible from them).
While their customer service reps are actually all very kind, the fact is, kindness isn't paying for a new computer. This is the very reason why a monopoly in any market is damaging to customers. I would never recommend Rocky Mountain Power.
