Rockwest Training Company Inc. is a private non-profit organization providing training and employment to adult physically and/or mentally disabled individuals. Started in 1974, we now provide services to over 85 individuals in the Salem, Oregon area.

Our employment opportunities provide people with disabilities an opportunity to learn technical jobs working with industrial sewing equipment and screen printing. They also provide services for manufacturing including product assembly and packaging.
