Couldn't be Happier!!!

Being a business owner I do not get on YP as often as I probably should. We are a service company and have been using RTC since 2006 and we couldn't be anymore happier with them then as we are today. RTC allows my company to not have to worry about the phones 24/ 7/ 365. We have our phones set up to handle any overflow calls during the day as well as taking calls while our staff is on lunch break right down to handling any and all calls at nights, weekends and Holidays. That's peace of mind when your phones are answered "LIVE" day or night. The call takers are always very friendly and personable.

On top of that RTC takes care of dispatching our technicians when a homeowner is in need day or night. Most times our clients don't even realize they were talking to a "answering service". Rochester's Manager has been better than "the icing on the cake" She is the "Cherry on top" in our book from the day we started with RTC thru today if our company or myself need anything when its comes to the services the provide RTC's manager takes care of it! Thanks RTC for being there to take care of our clients when we may not be able to pick up the phones ourselves.

Because we are out of the office most of the time, we needed to find a telephone messaging service that could answer questions about us, take orders, follow up, etc. We end up hiring Rochester Telemessaging Centers and find their service to be excellent. We been using them for over 4 years now, and they have been spectacular with handling all our calls! The 24/7 service is amazing, and they people who work there really know our business! I would recommend them over any other center out there.

Poorest Customer Service

Although their brochure and sales info portrayed them as professional and customer oriented, this was not the case. Our customers were left on hold for extended periods of time. Often our technicians did not receive their pages or text messages and we were double billed for the relays. The icing on the cake was when the manager of Rochester Messaging informed us that they were losing money on us if they spent more than one minute on a phone call from one of our customers. Rochester Telemarketing has a lot to learn about customer service.
