The food is fine, the servers are very nice and the resturant is clean. But I have NEVER, between Seattle, California, Texas, Maryland, and New York, had a resturant make their own hours and if you happen to come to the resturant within 15 min of the closing time, they refuse you service. My parents ran a business for 20 yrs and were basically VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. We retired up here from Denver and are used to excellent Italian resturants and visited ROCCO'S a few times. Then we ran into the issue of the resturant setting their own hours and refusing service to us. O.K., we can understand once or twice, but with retired people that are not on a schedule, the schedule changes. If you are a resturant owner IN a town that does have a fare amount of older people, let alone people that are between 40-60, I personally think you would stay open and when couples enter your resturant, not REFUSE service. It's obvious, ROCCO'S really doesn't need the money and are using the business as a Tax deduction.
