Worst company ever. Will charge you for anything, even costs that are their responsibility! Then they have the worst attitude. My washer broke, they asked me "are you sure you know how to use a washer?" Turns out it was completely broken, took them two weeks to replace it because they said they had to "find the cheapest one". When my heat went out they ignored my call. Air conditioning went out and they sent a guy over to tell me how to use a thermostat. Then the guy realized that it really was broken! Please, don't ever rent from them. Would have given 0 stars if an option. HORRIBLE

Do your search ! I Will not do business again with this company . Dishonest landlords !

R.O.C are nothing but common slumlords that prey on minorites and lower income people by not disclosing thier insane rental aggreements before expecting a deposit.This company takes away any feel of being at home in an apartment if you rent from them because they treat tenants with no respect and impose insane rules and restrictions that are demeaning and insulting.

I rented an apartment from this company. They charge huge deposits and have a $50.00 a day late fee! They have extremly strict rules (like no putting up curtains and no candles!?)
