I had these guys install new central air conditioning in 2005. The price was very good and I have had zero problems. They've been over a couple of times to service, look things over, etc. The price was good and any problems they found were extremely minor. They also troubleshot and repaired a furnace problem a few years ago. It turned out to be an electrical circuit board problem that cost less than $100 (don't remember exact price). I was desperate (no heat in winter is bad) and don't know much about furnaces, they could've really gouged me and they didn't. I've been a customer for approx. 7 years and these guys have always been really great to deal with.

I found Robert Love Heating online, contacted them and had them come out to assess a gas fireplace problem. The showed up, took down the serial number and model of the fireplace charged me $79 dollar service fee, and I never heard from them again. I contacted them once two weeks later and found out that the service guy hadn't let anyone know what the problem was. The shop person told me he was going to check around for a part. Two weeks later, no call back from the shop so I called again to find out nothing had been done. Want to get ripped off $79 dollars and never get called back, Call Robert Love Heating for service.

Overall -- We've worked with Robert Love Heating & Air several times for new gas fireplace install, swamp cooler, and now a new furnace, in addition to a few repairs. They make appointments, show up in a timely manner, and do quality work. Price seems reasonable, especially given the customer service factor. Quotes include a range of options.Most recently -- The sales rep explained unfamiliar terms and worked to help me find the best option for the situation rather than trying to sell the highest-priced furnace. Work was completed in a timely manner, with care taken to avoid tracking muck through the house in the process. The cost was as quoted, the tech explained everything to me before he left that day, and the sales rep called back to follow up soon after. I had one concern, which they addressed quickly and with no hassle.Quality work, good customer service, integrity in business dealings. Yep, I'll call them next time, too.

Excellent Service and Communication by
The most amazing thing happened. I called to get a price on a furnace upgrade with AC, and Tony showed up at the time he said he would. We reviewed several options, and he was honest about the pros/cons of each. I didn't go with the top end models, but was treated as if I had been a customer for years. The end price was exactly as we had discussed. The work was completed on time and to my expectations. Tony later called to see if everything was as I expected. WOW! What company actually cares about the sale...after it is all said and done.###Great job Tony and crew.
