Description
We are an independently owned, full service music store located in beautiful Boulder, CO. We have a 30 year history of serving the area with great prices and top notch service. With the help of our knowledgeable sales team, brilliant repair staff and wonderful lesson instructors we continue to be a perennial winner of Boulder Weekly's Best of Boulder County. We have also become the winner of the Daily Camera's recently formed Boulder County Gold list!Our new location has given us the opportunity to stock even more of the products you love. We even have a complete percussion department stocked with drum kits for the beginner and the pro. If you haven't been in yet, we encourage you to come check it out. But make sure to come prepared to rock out. We don't mind. In fact, we encourage it!

Prices good, customer service average. by TrueReview - 06/10/2008I purchased a guitar and a few accessories. The price was good. The store was eager to help. The sales people were pretty helpful with explaining the differences between guitars. However, I found that after the large purchase was made the customer service diminished. I went in a few more times for small accessories or just to have some questions answered. I didn't get nearly the attention or help that was originally provided when i bought the large ticket item of the guitar. I hope they will improve in this area. Providing regular great customer service keeps customers coming back.
