Very happy with service help from Larry by John - 05/22/2009I had a problem with an old TV which would keep me from switching to digital. However, it could be fixed over the phone. Larry worked with me over 2 days because I had to try unplugging it overnight. When that didn't work Larry talked me through a complicated procedure that fixed the problem - and at NO cost. Thank you very much for your courteous help and not giving up until we fixed it.
custom install turned out Wonderful! by Happy return customer - 05/21/2009I had done business with Rjo in the past with great success and now was needing a home theater installed in my new home I gave them a call and Jason came out spent alot of time with me explaining my options and what would look and sound the best...He was exactly right... we had the work done and it looks unreal and sounds great. The work they do is immaculate even my wires are tied together perfectly!! I love the way my new plasma looks on the wall and my surround sounds feels like your at the movies.Thanks for a great job!

great service by Jack - 04/30/2009I was refered to RJO ELECTRONICS through a friend. Their service was as my friend had told me - EXCELLENT. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my television for what they quoted. And a few weeks later, they even helped me when I called them for help in connecting some other equipment which I did not purchase through them. These people are GREAT!
great service by rich2 - 04/22/2009These guys are great. They were very helpful. I described my picture problem to them. They told me the first thing to do was to change out the lamp. They walked me through how to change it out. Sure enough that solded the problem.
Definately Disappointing by Gorto - 11/12/2008Called and explained what was wrong and they said they gave free quotes. I brought the TV in and they saw what I explained, flashing light, and said $650. Didn't even take a reading, sorry nobody is that good at troubleshooting. I would never go there again and definitely would not recommend it.
Couldn't even get a quote by azsteven - 09/08/2008So the HDMI card in my tv went out. I've called three places and everyone was able to give me a quote over the phone based on the model number of the TV as I knew exactly which part had to be replaced. This company insisted they had to see the TV or have the specific part number which to me means they were too lazy to look it up. That or for some reason they couldn't solve a mystery that three other companies could do at the drop of a hat.
Rip Off by PhoenixSuns - 04/19/2008Wish I had done my homework before taking my TV here. This place gets bad reviews all over the web - and for good reaon.
Their main goal appears to be how much money they can get out of you. Their customer service sucks and THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.
Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company.

Great Customer Service and HONEST by doglover3 - 03/18/2008I had a great expierence with Rjo Electronics Family. First they repaired my favorite TV that I just didn't want to part with. They gave me an estimated price told me it would be about 5 to 10 days. They called within the week telling me it was complete and the best news was it was less then what they thought. How great is that!!!!!
Then I was telling them I needed to add another TV to my house and they helped me with that also I was able to get a brand new LCD TV for $300.00 less then best buy and circuit city were selling it for.
I can't thank them enough. They were great! Highly Recommended!!!
