Riverview Retirement Community opened its doors for the first time in October of 1959 and is the oldest Continuing Care Retirement Community under the same ownership in the Spokane area. Riverview is centrally located within minutes of downtown Spokane.
Riverview's history is rich with innovation and service. From pioneering the use of pets and plants in a care center environment to the opening of the first assisted living facility in Spokane, Riverview has been at the forefront of improvements in retirement services since the beginning. Riverview is tucked away in a quiet spot along the Spokane River, with easy access from almost anywhere in the area. We also allow small pets for our residents.

Riverview is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This means that we offer many levels of care on one campus and can accommodate most changing health needs. Our campus includes Riverview Village, Riverview Terrace, and Riverview Lutheran Care Center. Riverview Village features independent living homes. Riverview Terrace provides both independent living and assisted living apartments. Riverview Lutheran Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitation.
